Description

The key responsibilities for Payroll Officer are as follows:

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls to agreed deadlines.
  • Input payroll data, run audit and validation checks, and interface data to General Ledger and Pensions systems.
  • Monitor statutory payments.
  • Process accurate and timely year-end payroll reporting when required.
  • Manage payroll changes to time and attendance systems.
  • Administer end-to-end payroll processes and auto-enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
  • Address payroll-related queries from clients.
  • Provide first-line support for pay-related queries.
  • Peer review payrolls for accuracy and compliance.
  • Undertake general administrative duties and collaborate within the payroll hub.
  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team environment.
