Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Not-for-profit organisation in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Rent and Service charge assistant to their team on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working, generous annual leave and other great benefits.
Duties:
- Responsible for maintaining service charge income and resolving queries related to rent and service charge from customers and business partners
- Liaising with the wider business to support with service charge review, such as the housing team and wider finance team
- Support the Rent and Service charge accountant with the setting of rent and service charges
- Support with budget meetings and related to rents and service charges
Experience:
- Must be working towards an AAT qualification or is AAT qualified
- Strong Rent and Service charge experience
- Excellent excel skills and IT literate
- Knowledge of service charge legislation
