A leading legal company based in Manchester city centre are recruiting customer-focused individuals to join their client service team. They are committed to delivering high standards to their customers in a range of legal services.
Your new role
You will be working within the client services team as first point of contact for new and existing customers. You will be handling a variety of enquiries, recording accurate and detailed notes to pass on to the correct legal team or assist where possible. You will be the go-between between the legal teams and the customers, providing a smooth client journey and processing client information on the system. Therefore, you will need to ensure impeccable service at all times and ensure you reflect the values of the company.
What you'll need to succeed
- It is crucial you have telephony-based customer service experience.
- Passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to problem-solve and handle challenging calls
- Professional communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, and experience of recording and delivering accurate notes
- Proactive nature
- Experience within a law firm or interest in law would be beneficial.
