An outstanding opportunity has arisen for Receptionist / Office Assistant to join a well-established firm. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for clients, managing both telephone and in-person enquiries, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as Ambassador to the firm to visitors
  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls and mail efficiently
  • Photocopying, scanning, managing stationery, and other administrative tasks.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Archiving, retrieving files, and assisting with typing for fee earners

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Capable of managing and prioritising tasks effectively
  • There is a strong preference for experience working in a professional services, legal, wealth management type environment
