Morgan Hunt have partnered with an established charity who are seeking to recruit a Sports Tutor in Cheadle (Manchester). This is a full time permanent role teaching on site 5 days per week. This role is term time only working 39 weeks of the year. The salary for this role is paying up to £26,000. The client will consider someone looking for non term time who is willing to work 52 weeks and the salary will be £30,000. The primary function of this role is to deliver the NCFE Level 3 Sports qualification to post 16 learners and have a background within football.
The Sports Tutor will be responsible for:
- designing, planning and delivering interactive lessons to learners studying the NCFE Level 1-3 in Sports
- contributing to the course review process, curriculum development and quality assurance in line with the organisations policies and procedures
- ensuring learners documentation is correct completed to ensure eligibility for funding
- attending regular meetings with the quality team
The Sports Tutor will need to hold:
- a degree qualification in Sports
- a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- experience in teaching Sports up to Level 3 to post 16 learners
- In return the Sports Tutor will receive:
- An annual salary of up to £26,000 for 39 weeks (or £30,000 if working 52 weeks)
