Mainstream Teaching Assistant Role & Qualification :
- To work alongside the class teacher with all aspects of the students learning and to motivate them to achieve within the classroom.
- To be calm, controlled with effective communication and relate well to all students and adults within the school.
- Experience and knowledge supporting children with Autism.
- A positive, proactive, and patient individual with a can do attitude.
- Someone who can work 1-1, in a team and a group setting.
- To assist with personal care if needed.
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND, Care or Psychology qualification.
