Working from their modern offices in Leeds City Centre, this will be an important and varied role which will include:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies
  • Oversee and enhance relationships with existing executive clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and cultivate new partnerships, and deepen existing relationships to maximize business opportunities and revenue.
  • Utilise internal reporting tools to analyse key performance metrics, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Lead the team, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of success and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards, particularly in digital marketing and financial services.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the market.

What do we need from you:

  • Proven successful experience in a BDM position in Financial Services with a strong knowledge of the financial planning industry
  • Prior experience in implementing strategy and new processes
  • Previous experience in managing a team with a focus on commercial and partnership management
  • Comfortable liaising with senior Directors and Stakeholders
  • Skills in managing large-scale projects and initiatives.
