Role OverviewAs a Consultant Haematologist, you will play a key role in providing expert clinical care to patients with blood disorders. You will work collaboratively with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic treatment approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical assessment and management of patients with haematological conditions.
- Conduct outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations.
- Oversee diagnostic procedures, including bone marrow biopsies and blood tests.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and teaching initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of haematology services and protocols.
Job Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Full registration with [Medical Council/Board].
- Completion of higher speciality training in Haematology (CCT or equivalent).
- Significant experience in the management of haematological disorders.
