Role Overview: As an M&A Director of Corporate Finance Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of my client's corporate finance practice in the North-West. You will lead a team of highly skilled professionals, manage key client relationships, and oversee complex transactions from inception to completion. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced corporate finance professional to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate finance projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on strategic financial matters.
- Oversee the preparation of high-quality financial models, pitch documents, and transaction reports.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the corporate finance practice.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience (8+ years) in corporate finance advisory, with a strong track record of leading successful transactions.
- Deep knowledge of the North West market, with established relationships in the business community.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
