Ideal Candidate
- Energetic leader passionate about team and customer experience
- Experienced Assistant Store Manager or Deputy Manager, managing in a service-oriented environment
- Skilled in developing teams to deliver first-class customer service and achieve sales targets
- Positive, people-focused, and customer-centric leader
- Able to prioritize, anticipate changes, and implement effective solutions
Key Responsibilities
- As the Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team management
- Drive key performance indicators to achieve outstanding results through your team
- Communicate effectively and resolve issues with clear direction
- Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to encourage your team
- Ensure the customer journey is central to every decision and action
