About the Role:
Are you passionate about sports and education? Do you have experience of coaching int the past? Are you confident enough to cover full classes of up to 30 pupils? This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about and have a desire to support students' physical education and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage sports classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
- Encourage and motivate students to participate in sports and physical activities.
- Support the planning and delivery of sports lessons and activities.
- Assist with the organisation and supervision of extracurricular sports events.
- Maintain discipline and follow the school's behaviour policies.
Requirements:
- A strong passion for sports and physical education.
- Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- A relevant qualification in sports or education is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
