Position: Building Safety Manager

Location: The convenience of working from home with attending London developments on occasions

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Salary: £35000 - £40000 depending on experience

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Building Safety Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Have a background in leasehold property management to be able to manage the building safety workstream.
  • Create processes, seeking client instruction, tracing and monitoring to ensure compliance of the Building Safety Act
  • Develop strong relationships with Leaseholders, clients and internal stakeholders
  • Obtain and review financial reports
  • Identifying defects and presenting them in line with client requirements
  • Be a point of contact for complex queries
  • Ensure inspections are tracked, monitored and reported
  • Seek and act upon client instructions for building safety case reports and follow through with those instructions to completion.
  • Prepare regular reports on project stats and be prepared to present the information to senior management.
  • Support project leaders and carry out additional tasks relevant to the project as and when required.
