We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to work within a busy and thriving organisation, supporting the Director and the Finance team this role offers variety.

What will you be doing?

As the Finance Manager your responsibilities will mostly consist of:

  • Supervise daily banking reconciliation
  • Manage aged debt
  • Produce monthly sales reports
  • Complete daily control account reconciliations
  • Reconcile sales order accrual accounts
  • Produce invoices for sales account customers
  • VAT reconciliations and HMRC submissions
  • Preparation of supplier statements
  • Control petty cash expenditure
  • Maintain asset depreciation schedules
  • Manage utility contracts liaising with MD
  • Reconcile payroll
  • Complete profit and loss reports
  • Control bank reconciliation
  • Allocate BACS payments to customers accounts
  • Produce year end accounts for our accountant
  • Distributing work checking work completed correctly
  • Complete sales ledge and purchase ledger month end process

Your background:

You will ideally have experience within a similar role, a proven track record of relationship building, high levels of attention to detail and strong experience of Excel.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000p/a (dependant on experience), this is a full time permanent position.
