Are you a fully qualified Commercial & Domestic Gas Engineer who is looking to join a company that offers stability, security and a clear progression pathway?
Zeal Recruitment have an amazing opportunity for a commercial & domestic gas engineer to join a large nationwide M&E business on a permanent basis within their team in Reading. The role will be to install, service & maintain gas appliances within commercial & domestic settings.
Duties of the Commercial & Domestic Gas Engineer:
- Relocating a domestic boiler
- Changing pipe work
- Installing new flow and return pipe work
- Maintaining commercial gas systems
- Installation and repairs
- Regular servicing
- Reactive and planned maintenance
The successful Commercial & Domestic Gas Engineer:
- NVQ in Domestic and Commercial Gas including CODNCO1
- Valid DBS check or willing to have one carried out
- Full UK Driving licence
The successful Commercial & Domestic Gas Engineer will:
- Working within residential and commercial properties
- 5 years' experience of working in a similar capacity
The successful Commercial & Domestic Gas Engineer will be given a company van & fuel card to enable you travel to sites throughout the Reading area. You will be on a call out rota, every 5 weeks for which you will receive an additional £150 standby plus call out fees. As part of the package you will also receive, 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and pension contribution.
