We are exclusively partnering with a long-established and highly ethical financial planning business based in Central London. As a Client Services and Office Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director, coordinating day-to-day office operations, and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.

?? Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including diary and travel management
- Coordinate distribution of client newsletters, brochures, and marketing materials
- Assist with planning and managing client events, seminars, and internal social functions
- Act as first point of contact for visiting clients - helping manage documentation, ensuring CRM records are up to date, and delivering a polished, professional welcome
- Liaise with advisers to ensure client meetings run smoothly and information is accurately handled
- Support wider marketing projects and team initiatives
? About You:
The successful Client Services and Office Coordinator will be:
- Professional, personable, and polished, with strong organisational skills
- Experienced in office admin, PA, marketing support, or similar roles - ideally within financial services (though this is not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude
- Comfortable liaising with high-net-worth clients and working in a confidential environment
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and looking for a long-term role within a supportive team
