Role Overview
- Sales, purchases, mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Properties in rural locations
- Property matters stemming from our private client department
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential property law
- Competent in handling a wide range of residential property transactions
- Experienced with new builds, shared ownership, transfers of parts, lease extensions, and more
- Strong legal skills and the ability to confidently manage diverse files
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Proficient in using case management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
- Professional, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
