The Role:
As our Specification Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy in the London market. You will be responsible for promoting and specifying our advanced building controls solutions to key decision-makers in the construction and building services sectors. Your expertise in Lighting, HVAC, or BMS will be crucial in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in London.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects within the construction and building services sectors.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the specification process to ensure our solutions meet client requirements.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our building controls solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Lighting, HVAC, or BMS industries.
  • Strong knowledge of building control systems and their applications.
