Salary:

£50,000 - £60,000 + car allowance

JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the function for a number of key clients, ensuring the team are providing a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team with delivering a leading service to several high-volume accounts.
  • Monitor the team and lead on any service improvements.
  • Work with senior stakeholders, to implement all new streamlining strategies.
  • Lead on new business improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a large payroll team.
  • High volume (10000) payroll processing.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex payrolls.
  • Keen eye for improvements and experienced with improvement projects.
