JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the function for a number of key clients, ensuring the team are providing a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team with delivering a leading service to several high-volume accounts.
- Monitor the team and lead on any service improvements.
- Work with senior stakeholders, to implement all new streamlining strategies.
- Lead on new business improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience leading a large payroll team.
- High volume (10000) payroll processing.
- Ability to handle multiple complex payrolls.
- Keen eye for improvements and experienced with improvement projects.
