- Master Coordinator: Assist in managing the hustle and bustle of our factory floor, making sure every customer's dream is delivered on time.
- Team Captain: Lead, motivate, and develop our production staff to be the best they can be.
- Communication Conductor: Be the bridge between different departments, ensuring smooth sailing and clear skies.
- Strategic Genius: Plan and implement strategies to boost our operational efficiency. Think Iron Man meets Tesla.
- Change Champion: Spot opportunities for improvement and lead the charge for positive change.
Your Superpowers:
- Educational Might:An Engineering/Manufacturing qualification would be stellar.
- Pressure Performer: Cool as a cucumber when the heat is on.
- Experience Extraordinaire: At least 5 years in a supervisory role, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Metal Maestro: Experience with sheet metal components? Fabulous!
- People Person: A knack for dealing with all aspects of people management.
- Tech Whiz: Proficient in MS Office - you can Excel at Excel!
Location:Castle Donington- where manufacturing dreams come true.
Hours & Salary:
- Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-12pm
- Earn £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
