RG Consultancy are working with a very well established property business in Alderley Edge who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their small to medium finance team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant looking for a step up/career development. You will support the management accounting team, work alongside another Senior Management Accountant and report into the Finance Manager.

The Role
- Assisting in preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Accruals, prepayments, monthly journals
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Profit and loss
- Assisting in monitoring the financial performance of the company
- Assisting in implementing change and ongoing improvements for efficiency
- Assisting in year end and audit preparations
The Person
- AAT qualified and a desire to study CIMA/ACCA would be desirable, study support can be offered
- Studying CIMA/ACCA already, would be an advantage
- Experience working within management accounts is essential
- Strong IT skills, including MS Excel
- Experience usings COINS is an advantage but not essential
