Job Title: Compliance Consultant
Location: Whitley / Hybrid 2-3 days in the office (Wednesday is a mandatory office day)
Rate: £25.53ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £19.52ph PAYE
Employment Type: Contract (12 Months)
Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week
Compliance Consultant will work with an existing team of 4 members, reporting into the Process Delivery Manager. The role covers Data Subject Access Requests and all related legal requests. This is a high priority, as we are legally bound to respond.
Skills Required:
- Good Organisational skills and ability to proritise workload in a fast-paced HR Direct environment.
- A good communicator written and verbal with the ability to communicate complex ideas.
- An effective team player who supports team members.
Skills Preferred:
- Experience of using Microsoft e-discovery or other search equivalent digital tools.
- Proven Project Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. Project Planning, Risk Management etc.
- Experience of stakeholder management.
- Experience of Process Development.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience of Compliance in a supporting role.
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
