Two new Nurseries opening attached to Leading trust of Schools focused on Pupil Progression rather than profit are looking for a Lead Teacher/Nursery Manager! This is a teaching Nursery Manager role looking for a child focused Nursery Manager who would like to work shorter shifts to the standard private sector settings and work on child focused outcomes over Corporate targets!
Shifts: *8am-4pm or 9am-5pm*
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum (negotiable)

Requirements for Nursery Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- An exceptional early years teacher
- Experience and knowledge of early child development
- Sound knowledge of the legislation and guidelines of the EYFS and an excellent understanding of pedagogy, curriculum, and assessment
- Effective and systematic behaviour management
- Be or demonstrate the potential to become an outstanding leader
