Big Fish Little Fish Recruitment are pleased to be working alongside our valued client to recruit a full time, experienced Service Administrator.
The successful candidate will need previous administration and customer service experience and be confident speaking to customers over the phone and using computer software packages.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client enquiries
- Appointment setting
- Updating CRM system
- Liaising with field engineers
- Processing documentation, need good eye for detail
- Process orders/enquiries
- General office admin.
Based Sheffield, S13 (close to public transport links)
Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Starting salary around £25,000.00 dependent on experience
