Part Time Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and confident Administrator to join a friendly, family run business based in Reigate

This is going to be a varied role where you will need to be an organised individual who can multitask, jumping from dealing with customer queries to processing orders, updating social media pages and even unloading the dishwasher when needed or making the team a cup of tea!

Working 3 days per week Wednesday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Paying up to £18,000 for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and directing callers to appropriate personnel
  • Receiving and signing for all incoming packages and assisting clients and other visitors.
  • Support Account Managers and Management with general admin duties and processing orders
  • Update and maintain records and filing systems
  • Order stock for the office as and when needed
  • Book weekly transport for staff members
  • Updating companies social media pages g. Instagram/LinkedIn
  • Ensure that deadlines are always met and adapt to changing priorities.

Ideal candidate will:

  • Be a confident communicator with previous Administration experience.
  • Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Be highly organised with the ability to multi task and be flexible
  • Excellent communication skills both over the phone and via email
  • Be happy to chip in and help out in the office where needed
