Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, processing sales transactions, and offering expert product advice.
Sales: Promote and upsell products to meet customer needs and drive sales.
Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, including handling payments and managing paperwork.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a retail or building supply environment is preferred, but not essential.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of building materials and products is an advantage.
