Childrens Social Worker, Early Help Team
Pay rate £37 per hour
The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Children's Social Worker to join an Early Help team in Tameside.
As Early Help Senior Practitioner you will provide robust initial and final management oversight to Early Help referrals received in the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and via the Team Around the Setting (TAS). As Early Help Senior Practitioner you will be expected to make decisions based on the Tameside threshold of need document. You will be expected to provide management oversight and case direction to the Early Help Advisers as well as the allocation of cases. As part of the role it is vital to support the decision making in regards to referrals to Early Help and ensuring the best outcomes for children, young people and families.
