We are working with a renowned digital agency that is known for its innovative approach to ecommerce design and development. Having built a strong reputation internationally, this agency is a leader in the industry, helping ambitious businesses drive online sales and stay ahead of their competition through cutting-edge digital strategies and design solutions. They are seeking a talented senior UX/UI designer to help them deliver on Adobe Commerce and Magento projects with renowned retail clients globally.

What you'll be doing

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the online user experience on exciting projects for major E-commerce clients. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other designers to bring your creative vision to life, crafting user-centric designs that are both visually appealing and highly functional. Drawing insights from research to shape iterative redesigns and full end-to-end design work, your role will be integral to delivering visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of both the client and their customers.

In this role, you'll take a leading role in creating detailed user journeys and wireframes, translating complex requirements into clear, engaging designs. You will utilise customer research and analytics to ensure that each project is backed by user insights. You will also have a good understanding of conversion rates to improve commercial outcomes for clients.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to push creative boundaries by working on projects that explore the latest trends and technologies in digital design. You will play a key part in the agency's mission to deliver outstanding digital products, presenting your work to both internal teams and key stakeholders, while ensuring that your designs align with each client's brand identity and commercial objectives.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Proven experience in UX/UI Design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile products.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Invision, alongside solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience using and producing pattern libraries and design systems
  • Able to produce user flows and rapid prototypes for user testing.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers and project teams, while also confidently presenting your ideas to stakeholders.
  • A background working in E-commerce or E-commerce agencies, and ideally experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar.
