Our client, a leader in the field, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Stores & Global Trade Administrator. As the Stores & Global Trade Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the safe and efficient operation of the stores function, ensuring customer requirements are met to the highest standards.
Summary:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months with potential to be extended
- Location: Shirley, B70
- Pay Rate: £15.59 per hour
- Hours: Mon - Thurs 8 - 16.45 Fri 8 -12
Duties Include:
- Load and unload goods, including indirect materials.
- Receive goods inwards, checking and inspecting their quantity, type, and quality.
- Pick and pack orders
- Maintain the availability of correct packaging material for product assembly.
- Pack and despatch items to external customers with accurate documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of parts data in the stores and maintain records using IT systems, such as SAP.
- Assist with logistics related to calibration, including database updates.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using IT, particularly Stock Control systems.
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
- Attention to detail while working at a fast pace.
- Flexibility to perform a variety of duties within the Stores function.
- Experience in team working, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
