Repairs and Maintenance Inspector needed in Croydon Paying £27.78 per hr 7992
Full time hours on a temporary basis
- To provide support to the Repairs and Maintenance Service
- To carry out inspections on all properties and report any health and safety issues
- Resolving major repair works in relation to fires, floods, claims and complaints
- Investigating any structural problems
- Arranging structural surveys and remedial works
