Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with Trust beneficiaries to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Conducting annual Trust reviews to maintain compliance and optimize management.
- Drafting Trust documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Preparing tax returns for Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Income Tax.
- Managing daily Trust administration, including investment data entry.
- Reviewing and updating FATCA/GIIN status for Trusts to meet regulatory requirements.
