The role involves operational procurement and supply chain responsibilities, strategies for continuous supply of raw materials, global demand plans, relationship management and group ownership of budgets. Your contribution will be fundamental to the continuing success of this role.

The Role:
- Procurement Manager
- Raw materials production demands, annual and monthly raw material forecasts.
- Relationship management, suppliers, growers and pack manufacturers.
- Sourcing strategies, Identify and onboard new suppliers, Short, Medium and Long term roadmaps.
- Manage and lead direct reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- Purchasing or Buying 5 year's experience
- FMCG, Food, Drink, Beverages - but not essential
- Commercial awareness, SME Mindset.
