Salary: £42,000 - £52,000
Location: Fakenham
Full Time, Permanent position

An opportunity has arisen for Part 3 Qualified Architect to join afast-growingarchitectural design studio. In this role, you will collaborate with senior team members & clients to develop & refine project concepts.
You will be responsible for:
- Prepare and review conceptual designs and planning packages.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with statutory authorities and other stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as an Architect or in a similar role.
- Possess substantial post-qualification experience in the UK
- RIBA and ARB certification and relevant industry experience.
- MA or bachelor's degree in architecture or similar field.
- Skilled in SketchUp Pro, Enscape/CGI visual modelling, AutoCAD, and BIM modelling tools such as Revit.
