We are seeking a dedicated Operations Development Trainer / Recruiter to join our team. This role will cover four properties within our stunning hotel company, featuring some of the most picturesque locations in its portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team maintains the highest standards of service and quality across all departments. You will design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring a consistently excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Look after the end to end recruitment for the 4 properties
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure staff adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff to reinforce training and address performance issues.
  • Prepare training materials, manuals, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and departmental procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
