Accounts Assistant - £28,000pa

We are partnering with a fantastic client who have are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Team. Salary is dependent on experience but ranging up to £28,000pa.

In this position as an Accounts Assistant, you will be covering some of the below responsibilities:
- Processing Purchase Ledger invoices to accounting system Fuelsoft.
- Verify invoice details and obtain necessary approvals before processing payments.
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Chasing missing invoices and statements prior to month end.
- Queries on a day-to-day basis, liaising with relevant approvers to ensure timely completion
- Completing trade application forms.
- Enter new suppliers onto the system.
Requirements of the role:
- AAT qualified or working towards ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Have previous accounts experience.
- Self-motivation to take personal responsibility for your professional development.
- Strong IT skills.
