Engage Education is gearing up for an exciting new technology launch and our marketing team is central to this operation.

We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media/Content Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across all social media platforms, enhancing our online presence, and driving engagement. You will manage daily interactions on social media, create compelling blog and video content, and provide regular performance reports.

Your work will contribute directly to our brand's growth and visibility. Your first exciting project will involve supporting the launch of our brand-new app, showcasing its features and generating online buzz!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Creation:
  • Social media: Develop, plan, and publish content across all social media platforms. This includes scheduling posts, stories, and videos according to the social media calendar, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Newsletters and mailers: Plan, create, and schedule newsletters and mailers for both internal and external audiences. Collaborate with relevant teams to gather information and tailor communications for different audiences.
  • New app launch: Support in the launch of our new app, including planning, executing, and promoting the release on our social media channels. Showcase the app's features, create buzz across digital platforms, and engage users through targeted campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch and ongoing user engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage all social media accounts daily, promptly responding to customer enquiries and comments. Utilise HubSpot to track and respond to enquiries received through our platforms.
  • Blog Content Creation: Write and produce engaging and informative blog posts for our website and social media channels. Ensure content is optimised for SEO and aligns with our marketing goals.
  • Video Content Production: Plan, create, and edit video content for our social media channels and website. Collaborate with the team and key stakeholders to develop creative concepts that capture our brand's message and resonate with our audience.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed monthly reports on social media performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights. Present findings to the Marketing Manager and suggest improvements or adjustments to our strategies based on the data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing
  • Strong writing skills with a portfolio of blog posts or other written content
  • Proficiency in video creation and editing tools
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Creative and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
