Totally Recruitment Ltd are seeking Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client located in the Small Heath area, Birmingham.
This role is a temporary contract starting from Monday 24th June 2024 until the end of July 2024.
Duties include;
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- General office administration
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience within a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Reliable
Working Hours:
8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minute paid break and 1 hour lunch.
