Salary £80,000 - £150,000
Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to represent our client, a well-established and respected accountancy firm that, due to its ongoing growth, is looking to establish a new audit department and therefore its first Audit Partner position.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's new audit function and strategy
- Work with senior colleagues in furthering the goals and ambitions of the firm, particularly in the provision of a new high quality service, and to develop new business
- Grow the audit team through recruitment, mentorship and professional development
- Oversee the delivery of the audit function including expectations, deadlines, and budgets
- Act as Responsible Individual on new engagements
Personal Requirements
- ACA, ACCA qualified with RI status
- Technically extensive audit experience
- Proficient with Iris, BrightPay and Staffology
- Proven leadership capability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
