Exciting new role for an experienced Client Co-ordinator with a strong Customer focus, to join a highly innovative technology company who are transforming tech sourcing across global markets.
The Role:
You'll be working closely with the Sales team to support the delivery of a first class customer service across Europe within a fast-paced environment This will involve:
- Creating and tracking sales orders, data entry, and responding to customer and prospect queries. Act as a bridge between operations, sales, and procurement to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Daily activities include supporting sales, managing purchase orders and shipments, assigning stock, clarifying customer payment terms, preparing customs documents and commercial invoices, placing stock units in batches, updating systems, and providing customer updates.
Skills
- Excel Literate
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- 2 Years + of customer service experience desired
- Interest in technology
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-moving industry
- Any European language on top on English is warmly welcome
