My client a established private London based Property investor is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to help the team manage its large portfolio of residential properties in London.
Working with the team the postholder will be responsible for properties health and safety, fire safety, legionella risk, asbestos management, surveys, general up keep and over all compliance with the support and assistance with outside suppliers.
Working with assessors and contractors the postholder will need to attend some site visits to coordinate the likes of fire risk assessments, instruct contractors, to carry out works and surveys.
As well as the above the postholder would be collectively responsible of uploading compliance data and HMO applications.
To apply for this position, you would need at least 12 months experience within property management, an intermediate computer user in all MS applications such as word and excel, experience in managing external contractors, very good organisational skills.
Working Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.30 - Office based 5 days per week (the odd working from day on occasion at managers discretion)
Salary up to 35k (possibility more for the right person)
25 days annual leave increasing by 1 day each year to a maximum of 30, Bupa Health Care, Travel loan + more
