Description

In this pivotal IT Service Delivery Manager role, you will oversee a major new contract, delivering exceptional IT support services to a key client with 3,000 users across multiple UK sites.

You'll have the chance to work closely with key business stakeholders, identify opportunities for service improvement and cost reduction, and create and implement an effective service improvement plan in collaboration with the Service Desk Manager.

Profile

  • Demonstrable experience of IT Service Delivery Manager roles, preferably within an Managed Service Provider (MSP) or overseeing IT service for multiple customers
  • Experience with agreeing and implementing service improvement plans for IT services
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Agreements, Service Level Reporting etc
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively
  • The ability to analyse complex problems and develop solutions i
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • ITIL Certification preferred

Job Offer

£50,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)

This role will be split across the office in Wigan and customer site in Stockport. With this being a new contract, there will be more onsite work expected initially and you will need to be available too work in the office / on customer site 4+ days per week.
