The role:
This pivotal role ensures the timely and complete delivery of products to their customers.
- You will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules to meet customer demands, acting as a central point of contact between Production Management, Yard Supervision, and Sales to facilitate on-time order fulfilment.
- Efficiency in planning deliveries, managing both the internal fleet and external transport for domestic and international orders.,
- Additionally, the role involves aiding production in prioritising tasks, overseeing the progress of stock and custom parts, and maintaining clear communication with customers to provide outstanding service.
- Re-allocating stock to prevent urgent manufacturing needs and organising returns in a cost-effective manner.
