Responsibilities:
- Working with Helpdesk to manage client tickets
- Assisting to ensure all client deadlines are met
- Gathering data for monthly reports and creating monthly data reports using Microsoft Office tools for both internal and external use
- Assisting with all aspects of client support, communicating with clients via various channels
- Providing delivery support for clients, assisting with issue resolution through internal CRR systems Escone Assist
- Internal communications via Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
Required skills:
- Knowledge /interest of basic finance due to the nature of the software supported
- Excellent communicator both face to face and via digital channels
- Good standard of written work
- Team player
- Driven and self motivated
- Professional manner
- Ability to multi-task

Salary:
- £15,000 - £16,000 per annum
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Future prospects:
- Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, there is the opportunity for the right candidate to move to a permanent position within the business and complete further industry specific training. Frequent salary reviews will also be in place.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
