The Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Provide interim teaching support to various secondary schools in Gloucestershire
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons across a range of subjects.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and student needs.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of education.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching at the secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility to work with different year groups and subjects.
- A commitment to professional development and safeguarding.
