Essential skills & Background required
- Proven experience leading Customer Service function for a call centre. Ideally in Finance / Insurance but this is not essential
- Experience delivering automation e.g Web portal for customers to initiate requests, possibly a chat bot
- Utilising data to build reports and analyse customer service performance
- Delivering a centre of excellence for customer service
