Job Description:
Join our dedicated team in Newham as an SEN Teaching Assistant this September! We are looking for a passionate individual committed to making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs at our secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the learning and development of students with SEN.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored educational plans.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Track and report on student progress and challenges.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an SEN support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of students.
- Qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred).
