Your new role
Our client is looking for an Administrator to join the team based at Waterbeach as soon as possible on an ongoing basis expected to last until October 2024. Working with the onsite team you will be the person responsible for all the administration support to the team.
Your responsibilities will include; general administration, preparing and running meeting reports, organising events, expenses and credit card/payment receipts, switchboard/reception cover over lunch time, scanning documentation, uploading files, and any other tasks needed to support the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role if you have previously worked in a construction or site office before this is highly advantageous but not essential. Previous administration experience from other sectors is also considered.
You should be hard working, motivated and able to work under your own supervision.
You should be highly IT literate and able to pick up new systems.

What you'll get in return
This is a full time long term temporary position expected to run through until October 2024. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The working hours are 8-4.15pm Monday to Friday. This role is office based where you will be with the site team working on site - there is free onsite parking. A competitive hourly rate of circa £16-£17 per hour is offered. This is a great team working on a huge project so is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to work in this area.
