Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £24-26K, plus uncapped commission (OTE £35K year 1, £70K year 2)
Location: Holborn, Central London

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role
- Sourcing new clients through cold calling
- Selling your services and building new relationships
- Taking briefs from clients and meeting them face-to-face
- Sourcing the ideal candidate through advertising, headhunting, networking events and referrals
- Learning your candidates needs and finding them the right job match
- Organising diaries and confirming interviews
- Receiving and delivering interview feedback from both parties
- Negotiating salaries and delivering offers
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Ideal Candidate
- 2:1/ 1st class degree at a top 40 University
- B2B sales experience, ideally with cold calling experience
- Extra curricular activities - sports, societies, hobbies
- Financial drive
- Resilience
- Confidence on the phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
