Compass Corporate Services are proud to be working with a leading independent Social Care Provider to recruit a Software Manager based in Llanelli, Wales. Our client is an established family led business and have been an established care provider since 2008. They provide a specialist service to individuals with mild, moderate, severe learning disabilities, with associated complex needs. Following a period of rapid development and continued expansion, they are seeking a Software Manager to join a growing IT team.
The Role
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of IT. This role requires expertise in managing the daily operations of multiple cloud-based software solutions and a deep understanding of automation workflows and application integration solutions. We are seeking an experienced Software Manager with Implementation and Project Delivery Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software implementation and project delivery, with a focus on migrating and implementing HRIS, ATS, WFM, and payroll products
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, WFM, and payroll products is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in software implementation and project delivery.
- Proficiency in managing cloud-based software solutions (e.g., Monday.com, Blink, Access Suite, Dayforce).
- Excellent project management and delivery skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT solution implementation processes.
- Advanced reporting and analytics skills.
- Proficiency in configuration and testing of software systems.
