Finance Assistant

Remote, full-time temporary position, offering the equivalent of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity to work for a well-established, nationally-recognised firm as an Accounts Assistant has just become available! Working remotely, the successful applicant will ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Team.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Processing invoices, and organising sales and purchases
  • Reconciliations, including statements and petty cash
  • Organising renewals including for tax, insurance and utility
  • Other administrative duties when applicable

Prospective applicants must have previous experience working for an accounts team within a similar professional services environment.

Applicants must have excellent communication and time management skills, be highly organised with an eye for detail, and thrive working as part of a team.

Competency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel is also required, and AAT qualifications are preferable.
