We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Maths Teacher or Tutor with a passion for delivering exceptional education to students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge base in Mathematics and the ability to inspire young minds.
**Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to students with special educational needs and emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- Implement positive behaviour management strategies to create a supportive and structured learning environment.
- Utilise excellent communication and organisational skills to plan and execute lessons effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching techniques.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Foster a passion for Mathematics, encouraging students to reach their full potential.
**Required Skills & Qualifications
:
- Proven experience working with children and young adults, particularly those with SEN.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behaviour positively and effectively.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Outstanding classroom practitioner with the energy and passion to raise standards.
- Initiative, vision, and excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Experience working with students with SEMH and additional needs.
- Knowledge and understanding of current developments in education.
