**Primary Maths Teacher/ Tutor

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Maths Teacher or Tutor with a passion for delivering exceptional education to students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge base in Mathematics and the ability to inspire young minds.

**Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to students with special educational needs and emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Implement positive behaviour management strategies to create a supportive and structured learning environment.
  • Utilise excellent communication and organisational skills to plan and execute lessons effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching techniques.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Foster a passion for Mathematics, encouraging students to reach their full potential.

**Required Skills & Qualifications

:

  • Proven experience working with children and young adults, particularly those with SEN.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behaviour positively and effectively.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Outstanding classroom practitioner with the energy and passion to raise standards.
  • Initiative, vision, and excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH and additional needs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current developments in education.
